Lost My Drone in Ganga | Rishikesh with Mom!

This Rishikesh trip was a bit different... Every year, I visit Rishikesh with my friends — we camp, raft, and chill around 30 km away from the city. But this time, I decided to slow down, do nothing, and just soak in the vibe of Rishikesh. I asked my mom to join me for a peaceful escape. We took a night bus from Kashmiri Gate around 11 PM and reached Rishikesh early in the morning around 4 AM. The hotel was pre-booked on Booking.com, so the check-in was smooth. After some rest, we stepped out around 10 AM to explore. We first headed to Lakshman Jhula, but it was closed due to renovation. So, we took a boat to cross the river and walked through the local market to reach Ram Jhula. Spent some peaceful hours there, captured stunning drone shots, and had lunch at the iconic Chotiwala restaurant. By evening, we witnessed the divine Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat — another surreal moment. But the day took a sudden twist — while shooting near Ram Jhula in the evening, my drone fell into the river and got lost. The day ended on a sad note, but the next day was still waiting for us with more peace, views, and moments in Rishikesh.
