I've been waiting to get my hands on the Torso S4 for almost a year! This is only one track of 4 and it's enough to understand how many sound design possibilities are concentrated in this super portable instrument. This is the workflow: I sampled a fairly simple sound from the OP-1 into the machine called Tape. _ I then used the same machine in Poly mode, looping a portion of the sound in ping pong mode (continuously back and forth). _ the OP-1 is basically used in the video as a midi keyboard (connected via USB-C) with which I play the sample recorded on the S4. _ the sound exploration takes place by tweaking the wet/dry parameter of Mosaic (the granular engine) and then adding the noise of the Color (destructive effects engine). _ On this, three different modulators on the 48-band tuned filter bank resonator. _ To close, an action on the general DJ Style LP/HP Filter of the track. Again, this is only one track of 4!
