This video chronicles the step by step replacement of the transom in a 2004 Crestliner 1750 Fishhawk. The original transom was constructed with 3 pieces of 5/8" Marine grade plywood sandwiched together. I decided to replace it with the same material and made sure to waterproof it with a Marine grade Spar varnish.
