This model was built as part of a challenge between friends to build an indoor free flight EDF model with a full body fuselage which resembled a real aircraft. The model uses a MinimumRC Micro 30mm Brushed EDF System https://www.minimumrc.com an Atomic Workshop Zombie Flight Profiler https://atomicworkshop.co.uk and a 180 mAh 50c LiPo battery. Wingspan is ~16 3/4", length ~17 3/4", and all up weight is 34g including battery in this unpainted condition. The fuselage is hot wire cut/sanded from a piece of 40mm thick light packing polystyrene I had lying around. Wings, tail, and fin are DIALL 3mm Insulation Board. Next steps are to finish painting it, and to build a radio control version. I plan to start the RC version shortly and will video the construction as it happens in case you want to have a go yourself!
