Upon arriving at Broughton Country Estate, a beautiful outdoor staircase with koi ponds leads you to the welcoming reception office. There are extra offices to accommodate the admin department. From there you go into the outdoor courtyard which can double up as an outdoor wedding venue with its own gazebo and accommodating 100 people with fairy lights A canvas tent roof can be suspended for extra protection from the weather. There is also a luxurious 90 seater indoor wedding venue next to this with its own small wine cellar and private bathroom facilities. In addition, there is a private 8 seater conference room with 2 additional bathroom stalls. Upon entering The Manor House, one goes through the glass-stained front door sculpted by the well-known Dave Manning. There is a magnificent staircase made out of white oak taking in the entrance hall. Downstairs you will find 3 lounges, with a fireplace encompassed by a complete wrap-around veranda. There is also a dining room that can seat 20 people with a lovely deck and uninterrupted views. A bonus is a level grassed area which can house a large glass tent or stretch tent, and close by, its own ladies and gents private bathroom facilities located under the deck area. The 5-Star accommodation in The Manor House is spacious and luxurious. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 3 upstairs. There are also 3 private self-catering wooden cottages set around Broughton Dam. 2 of the cottages have open-plan living areas, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower only.
