Acclaim was one of the most beloved videogame publishers of the 80s and 90s. From Wizards & Warriors to Double Dragon to NBA Jam and so much more, console gamers adored the company. Acclaim also gained notoriety for its aggressive PR stunts, including paying people to name their children Turok and paying funeral expenses for people who put the Shadowman logo on tombstones. Sadly, the company went bankrupt in 2004, but the brand has been revived thanks to new Acclaim CEO Alex Josef. RPadTV host Raymond Padilla has known Alex Josef for a long time and was excited to learn more about his plans for Acclaim.
