Hi, and welcome to another Travels in Campi video We start this video in Arreau, a charming mountain village nestled in a lush valley, then travel west to Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, where we stop at the foot of this remarkable medieval hilltop town crowned by its majestic cathedral. We continued east through rolling foothills and farmland until we reached Mirepoix, whose beautiful half-timbered arcades and vibrant square make a perfect stop for a relaxed wander and a café break. From there, we followed scenic roads deeper into the Pyrenees to Quillan, a friendly small town surrounded by high ridges and river gorges—an excellent base for walks or simply enjoying the mountain scenery. Then onward to visit the dramatic Château de Puilaurens, perched on a rocky peak with sweeping views and an unmistakable Cathar atmosphere. Finally, we descend gradually toward the Mediterranean, passing vineyards and rugged hills stopping at Laroque-des-Albères, a lovely village at the base of the Albères range, and just 6 miles from the Mediterranean and our last stop in this video, In the next one we continue onto the Mediterranean stopping at Banyuls sur Mer, Argeles sur Mer, Portiagnes Plage and the Agda before the journey north A huge thank you for watching the channel - if you could give the video the thumbs up it would be really appreciated as it helps the channel get onto more Home Screens 👍
