This is yet another change that is coming with the new digital SAT. There will be questions, several questions in fact, that ask you to interpret data in a table and utilize it in different ways. So this is what I call the Data Utilization question, and the good news is you DO NOT have to read through the whole table. As always, there is the quick and dirty way of doing it easily, focusing ONLY on what you need for answering the question. The key is zeroing in on the last two sentences of the question.
