Let it cool. Dice the potatoes and fry them in butter with spices until golden brown. Sauté onion, red pepper, and mushrooms until soft. Combine all the vegetables in a baking dish. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, add yogurt, flour, and dill. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
