Happy Friday dear friends in the pipe community! Last weekend was the Ohio Pipe Show and I debuted the Sherlock Holmes Tamper at the show. Sherlock was a great success for us at the show. I wanted to make an official sale post for the Sherlock Tamper and introduce it to you the way I always do. This Sherlock Tamper is cast from an original possibly from the late 1930s or the 1940s. The likeness of Holmes is the famous Basil Rathbone perhaps the most beloved actor to play the iconic private detective. I want to let you know that this is the first Tamper in my product line that has gone through an additional process to make it more special. The Sherlock Tamper did not look as good with a high polish like all my other tampers have. After going through the polishing process, I have added a patina process to the tamper to really bring out of all the detail and character of this highly unique piece. As you handle the tamper with your hands, he keeps on looking better and better and better and better……I assure you!
