One method how to install package bees in your Beehive. Beekeepers or anyone can do this. It is fun & exciting. 1. take 5 frames out of hive 2. Nail small nail in top of center remaining frames 3. Place package beside hive & remove top wood like cover 4. Bump package on grown 5. Spray bees with water & light sugar 6. Take out can 7. Remove wire with queen & remove cork from candy end, CANDY END 8. Place queen into center of frames candy UP, attached to nail 9. Shake just a hand full of bees over Queen 10. place package into open area of hive, hole up. 2 sticks under package 11. Feed. Don't be messy 12. 3 days remove queen cage be sure Queen in out 13. replace all frames 14. About 7 days later your very excited to check for eggs and that is OK 15. Right before the new brood emerges, you will notice a decrease in the number of bees in your hive & that is how it should be. As days & weeks go by, you will see your hive showing increase of bees due to the new bees. HAVE FUN
