Pyrus Communis/ Babugosha/ European pear: Pyrus communis, the common pear, is a widely cultivated fruit with significant health benefits, supported by its rich content of phenolic compounds, flavonoids, and dietary fiber, which provide antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and prebiotic properties.
