Today's video is a new deck to the channel. Starship Ramp Druid is what can be called a "fair" ramp deck. Meaning that we aren't racing to a insta-win combo. There is nothing wrong with that, but I wondered if a fair ramp list could perform well. And I can say that it does work technically but it really struggles. Not only is what the deck does is a little to fair to see a lot of success above gold. But I don't think it being fair is it's biggest problem. Really the starship mechanic just doesn't have the strength to keep up with the wild format. Since just summoning a big dude that doesn't impact the board just can't keep up today. And without the exodar it would totally wouldn't get the average results it has managed. So I don't think I will come back to this list without a load of more starship support. And I don't think that will happen soon, if at all. Though there might be another slightly different style of ramp list in the future.
