NORTH PENNINES WALK FEATURING MIDDLETON-IN-TEESDALE AND KIRKCARRION "Middleton-in-Teesdale and Kirkcarrion” Filmed 3rd September 2023 Post-production completed 5th October 2023 Welcome to the first of five films in the beautiful North Pennines! The North Pennines falls within County Durham, Cumbria and Northumberland, and is mostly within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is an area I’ve wanted to visit for some time now, so it’s been very exciting for me making these films in this lovely place. Over the course of these five films I will be visiting some of the hotspots of the North Pennines, as well as a few if its quieter parts. I will also be telling stories of what drew me here and how it took me longer than planned to visit. This first film in the North Pennines features a walk around the village of Middleton-in-Teesdale in County Durham and a little bit of the surrounding countryside. This is just a short walk as it was the day I arrived after driving to Middleton from home. Filmed in the North Pennines in County Durham. Locations include Middleton-in-Teesdale and Kirkcarrion.
