Successteam is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization impacting high school students, grades 9th – 12th, via transformative leadership development programs geared toward college readiness, professional training, and workforce development Successteam Youth Council provides youth, aged 14 -18, with ongoing growth initiatives via biweekly sessions geared toward career readiness, college preparation, community service, soft skill development, and leadership development. Current membership showcases representation from (20+) area high schools throughout Aiken, Richmond, and Columbia County enrolled. Youth Council members gain access to in-depth personal & professional development curriculums, academic scholarships, educational tours and college visits, on-site job shadowing and internships, as well as training for certifications including CPR/AED and Public Speaking.
