"I turned to them and I said, What can you do to help me so I don’t have to rush him off to the ER and he’s not going to be hooked up to machines? Which is just not what we wanted for him. I turned to them and I said, listen I think we’re -- we are a hospice. What can you do to help me so I don’t have to rush him off to the ER and he’s not going to be hooked up to machines?
