Punishment Dragon at first glance, is a card that encourages drawn out duels with (Twi)lightsworn decks. However the current playstyle of Lightsworn decks are all aggressive at some point and won't bother with such recycling effects as they have already won at some point of the game. Let us talk about the summoning condition first, possessing 4 or more banished "Lightsworn" monsters with different names. This part is already unusually hard to achieve in a pure Twilightsworn deck as they only banish 1 card at a time, and given the fastest turbo version of the deck, I can only see Punishment Dragon coming out on turn 3 onwards, which is probably what you DON'T want to do as summoning it early means you recycle less cards at appeared in game. Not only that, you cannot even recycle Lightsworn cards, which really throws this card's usefulness out of the archetype as a whole. However, in deck that runs Lightsworns as part of its engine, it is relatively not as bad, otherwise either remaining as a brick in your hand until it is ready, or really helping your deck refreshing by a lot.
