Parkour Generations London is the headquarters of Parkour Generations, based out of our flagship facility 'The Chainstore Gym' in London's East End. London is where the movement began. The first formal parkour classes began here and still run to this day, with a thriving, inclusive community of coaches and practitioners living and loving this incredible movement practice. We don't believe in just exercise: at Parkour Generations we train you the way your primal body is meant to be trained - through adaptation, practical movement skill acquisition and raw physicality.
