Just want to give you this quick tip video on how to put on your wrist wraps a little bit better, a little bit faster. So with the wrist wrap, this to me and everyone I know has always been called this the thumbloop, for good reasons. The traditional way to put on the wrist wrap, put your thumb through the loop, and that allows you to crank it on because you want the most support you can if you’re getting ready for a big squat or a big bench that’s why you are wearing wrist wraps so that you can have that stability. So now that I wrapped it on tight, now I got to pull this back over my thumb, and the tighter you wrap it the harder it is to get back over. Then it’s in front like that which you are not allowed to have in a competition so you have to the very least pull it around back behind. There’s a better way. You take that same loop and you hook your pinkie through it like that. Now, when I bring it around, I can still crank it on tight, maybe even tighter I think than what I did before cause I’m not worried about not being able to get it. Now that’s on tight, now it’s in the back. Just a quick easy tip to get your wrist wraps on tight till you have the best support.
