While the world struggles to fight gender inequality and identify ways in which this can be solved, Ms. Adya digs a little deeper and hints that the problem could be somewhere else. She is also a known entrepreneur with two successful start-up businesses – Lajja Diaries, a platform for women to voice their experience with abuse and Di-Mentions Studio, a digital marketing agency. Anoushka did her graduation in Management Studies from St. Xaviers College in Mumbai and went to the UK to do her Masters in Marketing and Strategy at the Warwick Business School at a very young age of 20. Anoushka Adya is a driven woman with the goal to contribute greatly to the business world as well as to the social treatment of women.
