SWA BUTTERFLY & DRAGONFLY TRAILS | Community A beautiful trail system in the shadow of the Palm Beach County Waste to Energy plant (SWA) at North County Landfill. The trailhead starts at the Administration building and has plenty of parking/security, and is open weekends. These trails also connect to the Grassy Waters trail system stretching through the preserve areas from Northlake to Okeechobee. We rode the trails early August, 2019.
