The Red Star v Partizan Belgrade derby is one of the most intense rivalries in Europe, particularly in the central Balkan region where fan support for both teams is at its peak. This rivalry dates back to 1945 and remains as heated as ever. Unfortunately, I was only able to interview Red Star fans and could only communicate with Partizan fans via text. As the underdog, Partizan fans are often reluctant to openly declare their allegiance. Football and politics are intertwined in this rivalry, making it a sensitive topic to discuss. While the teams battle it out on the pitch, off the pitch the focus is on fan support, choreography, and pyro shows. This is the Eternal Derby, the clash between Red Star and Partizan Belgrade.
