Make us joyful in hope, and generous in love. We fly to your patronage, O holy Mother of God: do not despise our petitions in our necessities, but deliver us from all danger, O ever-glorious and blessed Virgin. Amen. How they provoke His indignation and give us cause to fear the terrible effects of His vengeance! we desire, O most holy Mother, to love thee and to honor thee with all our hearts, and to do the will of God in Christ Jesus. We offer this our act of reparation for ourselves and for all our families, as well as for all who offend your Son Jesus Christ . Obtain for them from Almighty God the grace of conversion, and thus render more manifest and more glorious, thy kindness, His power and His great mercy. May all earth join with us in proclaiming the faith and honouring thee as blessed among women, May we all, with the host of heaven, worship the Almighty and reverence His supremacy, in this life and in the one to come.
