Dafür muss laut Siegfried Pöchtrager bereits der Grundstein in den Pflichtschulen gelegt werden. As the son of a farming family and Professor of Agricultural Sciences at BOKU Vienna, Siegi Pöchtrager has been spanning the gap between agriculture, science and society for many years and is realizing more and more that our food system will not function in its current form for much longer. As a book author and in podcasts, he not only subjects local agriculture to a thorough "reality check", but our entire society and researches new business ideas in the field of agriculture and nutrition.
