Cheesecake has and will always have a special place in my heart. Growing up the only sweets we would eat would be store bought. One day we were gifted with a delicious homemade cheesecake and I was determined to learn to make it. Thats were I fell in love with baking and every time I have a cheesecake I remember where it all started. This delicious and fluffy dessert has a lot of strawberry flavor, creaminess and the perfect balance of flavors. It also looks gorgeous. The graham crackers crust is incredible and the decoration makes this dessert look bakery bought. Strawberry cheesecake Makes one 9’’ springform round mold Bake crust @ 400F degrees: 3-5min or until set and golden brown Bake cheesecake @ 300F degrees: about 1hour:05min To mold the crust you can use a cup to press the crumbs against the sides and bottom. Leaving you with perfect edges.
