In the Spring of 2023, I burned out and crashed badly. I had/have what is often thought of as "workplace burnout" from various projects in my life. The combination of exhaustion and reduced thinking skills made it very difficult to begin my recovery. I spent hours reading and watching content on how to recover, and everything I found was too theoretical, too vague or way out of my reach at the time. In this series, it is my intention to share simple and concrete information about my recovery from Burnout. In this video, I share the way I measure my progress. Since progress has come in very small increments, it has become really important to have a more objective way to see how I am doing. I plan on at least a few more episodes in this series, and then we'll see what happens after that!
