Spoilers for Phoenix Wright: Trials and Tribulations *Seriously, play the game first, you'll thank yourself* One thing about the Ace Attorney series is that you do a lot of accusing. That got me to thinking about all the trials of people you never end up seeing. The only taste of that you get (from the first three games, which is all I've played at time of posting) is in the second episode of Trials and Tribulations. So what happens to Godot? I sincerely doubt a once renowned defense attorney would lay down and take a guilty verdict. I also doubt someone as prideful as Godot would let a state-appointed attorney defend him. So that's where this comes in. Just my headcanon. I can't say for sure if this is the route the original writers would take but whatever. I thought it was a fun idea.
