I will be installing the rain screen prior to the board & batten style siding made by Diamond Kote Products. The rain screen is a lightweight waterproof product that installs quick and really easy. I will be using a small section of the screen to install behind my mounting block for the meter base. The screen allows an 1/4" air gap in behind the wood clad siding so moisture can escape and keep the siding free from damage on the backside. Thanks to Huber for this opportunity!
