I think being able to use the site spacing widely is also a big advantage - ​ We went on a weekend so it was a little crowded, but it was still spacious compared to existing campsites. ​ This camping trip felt like fall. ​ It was a little chilly, but the sun was nice so it was nice to play outside during the day. This time, I brought a winter sleeping bag and a stove, and it was very warm :) ​ The view from the campsite was also very beautiful.
