In Coquitlam we live on nature’s doorstep, giving us the opportunity and responsibility to protect, nurture, and support conservation efforts. Communities in Bloom (CiB) engages the community around the environment, public space beautification, community history and cleanliness – making Coquitlam an even better place to live. The CiB program provides a unique opportunity to showcase Coquitlam and celebrate the achievements of the residents, volunteers and local businesses, while providing a focus on collaborative initiatives. The program highlights community spirit, strength and civic pride by encouraging public participation in enhancing Coquitlam. Since the start of our participation in Communities in Bloom, we have continued to work hard to build on our past successes and put the committee’s recommendations and evaluations into action. We look forward to showcasing our growth and introducing you to our dynamic city!
