Cool and breezy day after the storms last night. All is good. I put some rings and a ball in Stormy roses pool. She put on a ring! She seemed to enjoy pushing the ball. I’m so excited that she is showing some interest in enrichment. Rehab can be very challenging to a wild adult animal. Stormy Rose is showing high levels of adaptability. Beavers are incredible! Stormy rose is doing great health and weight wise. She still has some bumblefoot but it is healing up perfectly. We hope to pair her up with another beaver if we get more this spring. This will help her so much and help her get a step closer to a release one day.
