Enable subtitles for a better viewing experience! This trip to Cluj-Napoca was a last-minute decision because our professor cancelled Friday class, giving us a long weekend! I took the chance to finally meet my Filipina friend who helped me with my visa application. If it weren’t for her, I probably would’ve given up on the scholarship. Cluj-Napoca is a lovely city in Transylvania. It has lots of parks and beautiful European architecture that I adore. The part where I challenged the grandpas was hilarious! I couldn’t even speak Romanian that well! Being a foreigner gave me courage lol. It was a bit embarrassing that I lost twice, but it ended up being a fun memory. When I return, I hope to challenge them again!
