And yes, August 28 is my (Val's) birthday! 😊 Hope you enjoy xx ▶︎INGREDIENTS Cake: 14 eggs 2 cups cane sugar 3 cups all-purpose flour 3 tsp baking soda 1 ½ baking powder 3 tbs vanilla extract Milk: 2 cans condensed milk 2 cans evaporated milk 2 cans Nestle table cream 1 cup Kahlua liqueur 1 tbs cinnamon Frosting: 3 cups heavy whipping cream 1 cup confectioner’s sugar 4 cups cream cheese 1 chocolate bar for topping/ or fruit (optional) ▶︎INSTRUCTIONS Heat oven at 350F Butter and flour three round cake pans Separate egg whites and beat until peak Beat yolks with sugar and vanilla Beat until smooth Add yolk mixture to egg whites Sift flour with baking powder and baking soda Slowly add flour mixture to yolk/egg white mixture Mix well Pour mixture evenly in cake pans Bake for 30 min. or until knife comes out clean Add evaporated milk, condensed milk, table cream, Kahlua (or your choice of liqueur), cinnamon to blender Blend until smooth With a fork, poke cakes multiple times Pour blended milk mixture evenly on cakes Leave in fridge overnight Beat heavy whipping cream until peak Slowly add confectioner’s sugar (preference) Slowly add cream cheese until well mixed Top cakes with frosting Decorate with chocolate or fruit Follow me on Instagram @cvaleries
