This is a relaxing video where you can see the journey from Dibra to Tirana via the Arbri Road, this journey gives you many memories of the nature where this beautiful road passes between the Mountains, Hills, Rivers, Meadows and Villages of these areas, a beautiful part of the road is also the 8 Tunnels that are along this journey. This road is now open and almost 90% completed except for the segment from Maqellara to Peshkopi which is still under construction and you can see the stage of the works as soon as we pass Maqellara, with full completion this area is truly one of the tourist attractions that will be developed continuously.... Per drejtuesit e automjeteve edhe per nje udhetim sa me te sigurte kam nje mesazh : "Duhet te beni shume kujdes sepse eshte nje rruge piktoreske mes Maleve dhe Luginave magjepsese por ka shume kthesa dhe duhet te jeni teper te vemendshem, te respektoni sinjalistiken dhe sidomos te beni kujdes me shpejtesine ne drejtimin e automjetit". Tashme kjo rruge eshte e hapur dhe e perfunduar pothuajse 90% te saje pervec segmentit nga Maqellara deri ne Peshkopi qe ende punohet dhe mund ta shihni fazen e punimeve sapo kalojme Maqellaren, me perfundimin e plote kjo zone eshte me te vertete nje nga atraksionet turistike qe do te zhvillohet ne vazhdimesi....
