Hello Friends, Today I am going to have a look at the latest collaboration IEM between Juzear and Z Reviews, the Defiant. This pair packs a 4-driver hybrid setup on each side housing 1DD+3BA setup. If you are someone who prefers a safely tuned, musical sounding IEM, the Defiant will sit right into your preferences. It packs a good bass response which is nicely extended and has a quick, punchy mid-bass section which complements the other frequencies well. Midrange has got good clarity, I love the vocal response here, they sound rich and smooth. Treble is where things go a little safe, we have a smooth, inoffensive treble. Some might call it a little too smooth, for me, it is something I would recommend to musical sound lovers. Pros:- 1. Beautiful Design. 2. Love the bass response here, nice, rumbling, punchy. 3. clear, slightly warm midrange. 4. Smooth, safe Treble. 5. Immersive soundstage presentation. Cons:- 1. Not for treble heads, too safely tuned in treble region. 2. Gets a little soft with warm sources. Final Words:- I personally enjoy the Juzear x Z Reviews Defiant for its musical sound response.
