Pablo Ouziel is a Post-Doctoral Fellow with the Centre for Global Studies, the Borders in Globalization Project (BIG) at the Department of Political Science, University of Victoria. During his interview, he speaks about how democracy is confronted with different challenges and how it depends on how you define democracy. There are challenges that come from the outside and also the failure from the inside. This video is part of the CEDoD project and was produced as part of the event "Constitutionalism in the Age of Populism", which took place on 6-8 March, 2020 in Victoria, BC.
