Go to the website www.cghs.gov.in and open the home page of the website. 2. On the home page of the website you will see a 'beneficiary corner' tab on the upper bar of the page. Click on it. A list of option will be appeared. Click on the option 'beneficiary login' 3. A new page will open. Here you have to enter beneficiary Id and password to login. But if you are visiting first time then you need to register first. Click on the option 'Generate/forgot password'. On the next page enter beneficiary Id, date of birth and mobile number. Then click on register. On the next page an OTP will received. Enter the OTP and then you will have the option to generate password. 4. After generating the password again go to the login page and enter your beneficiary Id, password and captcha code. Finally click on 'sign in'. 5. An OTP will be received on the registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on 'proceed'. 6. Now your beneficiary details will be displayed on the screen. Click on 'beneficiary medicine history' . 7. In this page select beneficiary name, date range for which you need the medicine history and then click on 'for a duration'.
