If you love gravel or want to practice for a big competition then Loch Ard could be your best find. Miles & miles of the stuff, with hills, descents, twists, turns and long straight sections. You'll need to take plenty of fluids if you go because there's NOTHING inside selling drinks or food. Our route was about 22 miles around the edge & a bit cutting across, starting in the forest where, clearly, several motorhomes has stayed overnight to get a head-start. Once away from the Loch the views are panoramic and not necessarily super-attractive, but there is plenty of interest to uncover and a good range of terrain.
