Dyer's polypore (phaeolus schweinitzii) is a wonderful mushroom used to create various natural colors for your textile and craft projects. Known as a fantastic 'starter' dye mushroom, it brings a range of deep yellows and toasty browns on protein fibers like wool & silk.
