Great for quad isolation while still moving heavy weight. 🔥 Pendulum Squat One of the best machines for quad dominance. Stay upright and let the quads do the work. ⚡ Leg Extensions Strict form. Slow on the way down, hard squeeze at the top. This is where the quads really burn. 💥 Lateral Raises Because balance matters.
