Bicornuate uterus | CONGENITAL UTERINE MALFORMATION Urinary bladder: Normal in outline. No wall thickening seen. No demonstrable intravesical lesion is seen. Aorta, IVC, and other abdominal vessels are normal. No ascites or Lymphadenopathy is noted in abdomen and pelvis. Uterus: Normal in size and anteverted in position. Measuring 7.27 x 2.89 x 3.63 cm. Endometrium: Is normal in thickness (13.3 mm.) Which corresponds her phase of menstruation. Two endometrial horn is noted in the fundal region. Myometrium: Is homogeneous. No focal lesion seen in the myometrium. Right Ovary: Normal in size, and echogenicity. Measuring Volume 4.9 cc. Left Ovary: Normal in size, and echogenicity. Measuring Volume 12 cc. Cul-de-Sac: No fluid collection is present in POD. Bicornis uterus.
