To make the tunnel more immersive, there are several rail vehicles made from scratch in the tunnel. A Reich style "Panzer" rail cart, mostly based on WWII Pzkpfw III (the PZ III did most of the job so this one is relatively a lazy one XD); A Hanza style Rail cart, like the one Artyom encountered during the trip to Market station; A turret cart, like the one in level "Trolley Combat"; A armed transport train; Most of the lights are controlled by a switch, to simulate the difference between "All lights on, fire!" and "Artyom was here" scene. Note: To import this settlement properly, one may have to clear the settlement with "scarp everything" or console command "disable" ("disable" is a must have since many concrete blocks are not considered a "scrapable item"). The weapons displayed on the shelves cannot be directly ported by the blue print, so you'll have to mount your own choice of machineguns.
