There's not a whole lot I can say about the other stuff. It just is what it is, difficult situation for everybody and part of this league, part of the job, so we just keep moving forward, but tough situation and I don't really have much to add. 00:36 I know he was at shootaround this morning. What was your message to him and what were some of your conversations? 00:42 None of your business. Yeah, no, we talked this morning and that's all private, yeah. 00:49 What, over the next few weeks leading up to the deadline, what do you hope to see out of him? 00:56 I will keep coaching him and he'll be part of the team and he'll be here and it is what it is. 01:07 So Steve, obviously a lot more of this stuff is out in the open now. How do you allow everything not to become a distraction over the next couple weeks? 01:18 It won't be a distraction. Jonathan's a great young guy. His teammates like him. He's handling himself well. There won't be a distraction. — 01:31 You talked before the game about Moses being aggressive and then the shots come. Obviously he made a lot of them tonight. Did you just see the energy kinda leads to the shooting or does the shooting lead to the energy? How does that all work? 01:45 STEVE KERR, POSTGAME NYK-GSW: The last two games, I think the energy that he brought, just right from the beginning, I think helped just with everything. When you bring that kind of activity level defensively and chasing offensive boards, the ball tends to go in more. I don't know why, but I think Moses has been great the last couple games and much more aggressive. 02:08 And you called an ATO for him, the one that, the flare screen all the way around the corner. 02:12 Yeah, that was Terry's play, is like an old Portland play that he liked to run. And so yeah, we called a couple of those and then most of his shots just came out of the flow of the offense and I thought the guys did a really good job of getting each other really good looks tonight, running the floor, throwing the ball ahead, a lot of good stuff. 02:37 Knicks take a 17-point lead pretty early on and then Jimmy and that second unit comes in and gets the game back under control. What sort of changed after Jimmy and them settled things down? 02:46 Yeah, that was the key stretch of the game, to go from down 17 to only down five at the end of the first quarter. It just felt totally different. They came in and turned up the heat defensively, got some turnovers, some transition hoops and Jimmy, he was incredible tonight. He's so good. He's so dominant in a very subtle way. He just controls the game. He never turns it over. creates shots for other people and, with the emergence of De'Anthony and Al and the consistency that they're showing off the bench, now we have a really good second unit around Jimmy. So it's fun to watch. 03:36 Hey Steve, just asked Steph whether he thought that the team is starting to get back to the place where they were, where you guys were last year, heading towards the playoffs. And he said that the team still has a long way to go. I wonder, just what's your thoughts on where... …SEE COMMENTS FOR MORE [MORE OF THE TRANSCRIPTS AVAILABLE ON OUR DISCORD SERVER, SIGNUP FOR FREE HERE: https://whop.com/letsgowarriors-disco...] 📖 RELATED ARTICLE: https://www.letsgowarriors.com COPYRIGHT DISCLAIMER: We do not own any of these videos or clips, but we are still a news reporting agency.
