one of the most revered strikes of all time, the sunless cell, has returned to the franchise with episode 3, act 3's launch. but those rose tinted glasses are very, very rose tinted in my opinion. part of what i think made sunless cell (and by extension shield brothers) so special back then is definitely our power levels. we were considerably weaker 10 years ago and even though you were in the heroic strike playlist and it wasn't really a super difficult thing, strikes still felt pretty balanced to play. nowadays, they're a complete joke in the playlist. while i'm ok with things being easy in most parts of the game, i was hoping for a more tense GM experience. after all, the boss back then was pretty scary: it was super dark, we couldn't burst the boss down or anything. and bungie did an amazing job with inverted spire, so i had high hopes. but the mini-bosses before the real boss are a bigger threat. i think they can buff up this place to be a bit more formidable. edited by: xVauda (twitter/Twitch) Watch Datto Live at   / datto   and here on Youtube, Tuesday through Friday at 10am PT/1pm ET.
