Removing the Door Panel Because Why Not? - BMW E46 M3

With my racing trailer, I no longer need to drive my car to the track. This means I no longer need to keep the elements out on the long drive to and from the track, so what can I do? I can get rid of the windows! But first, I need to get rid of the door panels! Because the NASA rules state that you need door panels if you still have the door windows in the car, I have been forced to keep the door panels on or risk getting rained on when on the street... Well no more! I finally am going to get rid of everything "useless" in those doors! Vapor Barrier: To remove the vapor barrier without tearing it like me, you will need to heat the adhesive that attaches it to the door either with a hair dryer or heat gun. I never plan to put it back into the car so I avoided the mess of heating it up and instead I let it rip. If you are only doing temporary work and want to keep it (I recommend for a road car, you keep it) you will have to heat it. Happy New Year!
