Here's the recipe: You'll need Ready Made Shortcrust Pastry 500g For the Filling for 9 inch Quiche dish 150ml of Milk 4 Medium Eggs Salt and Pepper to season 3oz /85g of Mature Cheese or alternatively your favourite hard cheese 1 Medium Onion (diced) Place in pre heated oven 190c or 170c if fan assisted - thats 374f or gas mark 5 - For around 30 minutes give or take.
