Necessary products: 800 g pork neck (cut into cubes) 1 onion (cut into half moons) 2 carrots (julienned) 2 red peppers (julienned) 300 g mushrooms (cut into half moons) 120 g bacon (cut into julienne pieces) 2 pickled cucumbers (cut into julienne) 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped) 200 g of pureed canned tomatoes 50 ml. Red wine Parsley (finely chopped) 1 bay leaf 2 grains of pepper Salt Pepper Paprika Oil Method of preparation: Pour a little oil into a preheated pan. Add the bacon and fry it lightly until fragrant. Then we take it out of the pot. Seal the pieces of pork neck well in the same fat. We take out the sealed meat. In the same pot, add the onion, carrots, peppers, garlic and mushrooms. Stir and stew for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are soft. Return the pork to the pot. Add the red wine, pureed tomatoes, salt, black pepper, red pepper, bay leaf and allspice. We stir.
