While most Central Pennsylvanians will be hunkering down on Sunday, there will be a group on the roads making sure the streets stay as clean and safe as possible. Hundreds of PennDOT workers will be plowing and salting throughout the day on Sunday. They gave CBS 21 a look around their York facility as the organization preps for the biggest winter storm of the season. "We definitely spend adequate time in preparation for a large storm," Brock Berwager, an assistant highway maintenance manager, said. "One of the biggest things that can hinder us in a big storm like this is there's a truck breakdown."
