If you bought this board shortly after it became available, I think you should be aware of this potential issue. On one ride, right after I got the 10% low voltage warning on the remote, the remote and board disconnected and the board turned off. As far as I know this has happened to at least one other person. WowGo has already fixed this issue so it shouldn't affect anyone who purchases the board now, but I don't know when they fixed it or how many units they sold before fixing it. They said it had to do with the BMS or something. If your battery has this issue, WowGo should replace your battery. My advice to you is to ride slow and avoid traffic when your battery is at less than 25%.
