Don’t forget to LIKE, SHARE, and SUBSCRIBE for more authentic recipes! ❤️ 🍗 Ingredients Used in This Kasoori Methi Chicken Chicken – 250g Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp Haldi (Turmeric) – 1 tsp Hari Mirch (Green Chilies), chopped – 3–4 Kali Mirch Powder – 1 tbsp Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp Namak (Salt) – 1 tsp Kasoori Methi – 2 tbsp Marinate for 15 minutes 🍳 Cooking Method Heat 2 tbsp oil in a handi. Add: 7–8 black pepper pieces 1 tsp zeera 2 long (cloves) 2 green elaichi Let them crackle for a few seconds. Add 1 large chopped onion and sauté for 3 minutes until soft. Add 2 ground tomatoes and cook slightly. Add marinated chicken along with: 1 tbsp pisa dhania 1 tbsp red chilli powder 1 tsp garam masala Cook on low flame for 5 minutes, then put on dum. In the end, add 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp kasoori methi. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
